The syncing of a ton of Spiritualism in practical terms

I read (and put to practice the concepts and keys in) this book, and marveled at the simplicity of turning my life around. I felt, at the very least, that these were "theories worth disproving".
I put their claims to the test. I entered Alpha state. I used the Silva Method to meditate, have (and remember) prophetic and practical dreams, forge useful contacts, establish instant rapport with strangers, attract desired results, all of it.
I used the MentalVideo technique to receive resources I needed.
Then I found out that there was a whole Universe of writers out there claiming the same things. I read tons of them. Jose Silva and Ed Bernd Jr. were the first to systematize AND regulate the dissemination of Spiritualistic knowledge, so that ANYONE could achieve at least a modicum of results with minimal practice. It worked for me, a naturally playful skeptic.
If you have stumbled across this book as a beginner in meditation, FANTASTIC! This book will springboard your understanding of all kinds of esoteric practices, in plain-to-read English.
If you have come across this book as an accomplished Legitimens/Occlumens, this book will describe ways for you to shorten the time it takes you to reach altered states of consciousness, AND expand your experience threshold of previously-hard-to-achieve phenomena.
My point: ANY CLAIMS THEY MAKE ARE REAL! As of reading this book, I took their 2-day live training, then took the NEXT 2-day live training. I was astounded.

Okay content, HORRIBLE FORMATTING

I've read a number of books on the Silva system. I haven't found any new content or concepts in this book -- it's pretty much the same ideas and anecdotes. If you're already familiar with the Silva method, you may want to pass on this book.
The Kindle version of this book that I bought is horribly formatted. Words are broken at the end of lines without hyphenation. The line breaks are too long for the Kindle's screen and are placed haphazardly, so you'll get one full line of text followed by another line with a word or two. This causes the paragraphs to blend together into one long morass of text that is really difficult to read.
This book gives the definite impression that a bunch of old ideas were just slapped together with a new book title and put up on Amazon with no regard to quality. There are other, better books on the Silva method out there -- buy one of those.

Pretty good read

It was interesting but it seemed like every time there was information to be gleaned, it would send you to the website. The story of Jose Silva is amazing and the information he gave to the world is nothing short of genius. Just irritated to have to refer to the website and have to purchase a membership to get more info.
